Radix Asset Management Company Limited – The Company provides investment and wealth management advisory services. It offers investments in a wide range structures, including separately managed accounts, mutual funds, private partnerships and other commingled vehicles.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Direct Sales Executive
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients
- Promote and sell investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds, PMS, etc.)
- Provide tailored financial advice based on client needs and risk profiles
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records (including KYC)
- Collaborate with internal teams for product and strategy alignment
- Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on financial markets, products, and competitor offerings
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Requirements
- Candidates must possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of lower credit/second class lower from accredited institutions.

- Effective communication & presentation skills
- Motivation for sales and ability to convert individual and corporates to customers
- Must have a strong understanding of the financial market.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Highly focused on quality and attention to detail when presenting and writing proposals
- Strong networking skills

- Monthly Salary, and commission which is calculated on the income spread on deposit mobilized.
