Job Title: Field Engineer Trainee

Location: Agege, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Field Engineer Trainee assists and supports other Engineers and Specialists at the well site. The training is hands-on, focusing on the ISP business in general and tools and services specific to the assigned business line.
  • Successful Field Engineer Trainees are rapid learners, use logic to solve problems, and are personally committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for projects in various stages of design, estimating, and installation.
  • Achieve functional and technical skills required for assignments.
  • Update the installation schedule based on the project team’s input
  • Track and inspect material deliveries.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly project status reports.
  • Attend project/Departmental meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Assist in planning, preparation, and executing jobs to design and client specifications with the goal of 100 service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid packages.
  • Assist Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules.
  • Maintain installation files and logs.
  • Receive, review, forward, and track status of submittals and Change order.

Requirements

  • SSCE (Mathematics, English & Physics a must)
  • It is a priority to live in areas close to Agege, Lagos.
